1. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Coldstream Clear Distillery, 241 Crossley Avenue, Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada.

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age to consume alcohol in their province of residence and who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of Coldstream Clear and any contest administrator are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period
The contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Atlantic Time on May 1st, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Atlantic Time on August 31st, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter without purchase, complete and submit the online entry form at [contest URL] during the Contest Period. The form must include your full name, email address, province of residence, and any other required information. Entrants must upload an image featuring Chilly Pop. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each submission includes a unique image.

5. Image Usage Consent
By submitting an image, the entrant grants Coldstream Clear and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the image (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the image in other works in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to social media channels, for commercial or promotional purposes, without compensation to the entrant.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) $1000 Airbnb Gift Card, a branded mini-fridge (stocked with product), branded Yeti Cooler, sweatsuit, socks, towel, hat, and a trio of insulated colsters. The approximate retail value is $2,500 CAD. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. Costs not explicitly stated are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection
On or about September 5th, 2026 (or within 5 days of contest end), one eligible entry will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, multi-step mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

9. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by email within five business days of the draw. The entrant must respond within five business days of notification; otherwise, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected.

10. Privacy
Personal information will be used only for contest administration and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, unless the entrant has explicitly opted in to receive separate marketing communications.

11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor.

12. Governing Law
The contest is governed by the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
