Spiced Rum

1749 Spiced Rum is a blend of our Single Barrel Rum and carefully selected Carribean Rum. It is lightly spiced with notes of caramel and vanilla.

Simon Giffin was Halifax’s first distiller, In 1749, he moved from Northern Ireland to Nova Scotia and soon became well known for producing top quality spirits; his craft fueling the maritimes and beyond. Nearly 270 years and nine generations later, his original family name and distilling tradition lives on through Coldstream Clear.
