Coldstream Fall Cocktail Recipes

Pumpkin Spice Drizzle
Ingredients:
Caramel sauce
2 1/4oz Coldstream Pumpkin Spice Rum Cream
3/4oz Coldstream Salted Caramel Liqueur
1/2oz maple syrup
Cinnamon
Milk
Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Drizzle the inside of the glass with caramel sauce.
In a shaker, combine Coldstream Pumpkin Spice Rum Cream, Coldstream Salted Caramel Liqueur, maple syrup, 3 dashes of cinnamon, and some milk and shake well.
Pour over ice and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Spiced Caramel Apple
Ingredients:
1 1/4oz Coldstream Spiced Rum
3/4oz Coldstream Salted Caramel Liqueur
1/2oz Caramel Syrup
1/2oz lemon juice
Apple juice
Sprite
Dehydrated apple garnish
Instructions:
Add Coldstream Spiced Rum, Coldstream Salted Caramel Liqueur, caramel syrup and lemon juice to a glass.
Fill the glass to 3/4 of the way full with apple juice, and then top up with Sprite,
Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.

Fireside Mule
Ingredients:
1 1/2oz Coldstream Single Barrel Rum
1oz maple syrup
1/2oz lime juice
Ginger beer
Dehydrated lime garnish
Instructions:
Add Coldstream Single Barrell Rum, maple syrup, and lime juice to a mule mug.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with dehydrated lime slice.

Blackberry Bramble
Ingredients:
Sugar in the raw
1 1/2oz Coldstream Premium Gin
3-4 Blackberries
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz almond syrup
1oz blackberry syrup
Club soda
Ice
Instructions:
Rim the glass with sugar in the raw.
In the glass, muddle Coldstream Premium Gin, blackberries, lemon juice, almond syrup, and blackberry syrup.
Add ice and then top with club soda.
Stir gently to combine.

Coke Float
Ingredients:
1oz Coldstream Vanilla Premium Vodka
1oz Coldstream Salted Caramel Liqueur
1/2oz white chocolate syrup
Coca-Cola
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
Add Coldstream Vanilla Premium Vodka, Coldstream Salted Caramel Liqueur, and white chocolate syrup to a glass, then top up with Coca-Cola.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Cranberry Peach Mojito
Ingredients:
1oz Coldstream White Rum
1/2oz Coldstream Peach Vodka
1oz simple syrup
1/2oz lemon juice
1oz cranberry juice
1oz apple juice
3-4 mint leaves
Club soda
Frozen cranberries to garnish
Lime Wheel
Ice
Instructions:
In a glass, muddle Coldstream White Rum, Coldstream Peach Vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, cranberry juice, apple juice and mint leaves.
Add ice and top up with club soda.
Garnish with two frozen cranberries and a lime wheel.

Sweet Apple Cider
Ingredients:
Cinnamon sugar rim
1oz Coldstream Premium Vodka
1/4oz Coldstream Hotshots
1/4oz lemon juice
Apple cider
Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.
Add Coldstream Premium Vodka, Hotshots, and lemon juice to glass.
Fill glass halfway with apple cider, then top up with ginger ale.
Stir gently to combine.
