Coldstream Fall Flight Recipes

Fall has officially arrived at Coldstream and the best way to celebrate the season? With a flight in hand. Our Fall Flight brings together warm, comforting flavours with a refreshing twist, perfect for chilly nights, weekend gatherings, or simply treating yourself. Each drink is crafted to capture the best of the season and make every sip feel like fall.

Blackberry Bramble
Ingredients:
1/4oz Coldstream Premium Gin
2 blackberries
Lemon juice
Almond syrup
Blackberry syrup
Club soda
Ice
Instructions:
Muddle gin, blackberries, lemon juice, almond syrup and blackberry syrup in a mason jar.
Add ice and top up with club soda, then stir gently to combine.

Coke Float
Ingredients:
1/4oz Coldstream Vanilla Premium Vodka
1/4 oz white chocolate syrup
Coca-Cola
Whipped Cream
Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
Add vanilla vodka and white chocolate syrup to a glass.
Top up with Coca-Cola.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Spiced Caramel Apple
Ingredients:
1/4oz Coldstream Spiced Rum
1/4oz salted caramel syrup
Lemon juice
Apple juice
Sprite
Dehydrated apple to garnish
Instructions:
Add Coldstream Spiced Rum, salted caramel syrup, and lemon juice to a glass.
Fill the glass to 3/4 full with apple juice.
Top up with Sprite and garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.

Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew
Ingredients:
3/4oz Coldstream Pumpkin Spice Rum Cream
1/4oz white chocolate syrup
Cold brew coffee
Pumpkin spice
Instructions:
Add Coldstream Pumpkin Spice Rum Cream and white chocolate syrup to a glass.
Fill with cold brew and stir gently.
Garnish with pumpkin spice.
