Merry Citrus

Spice up your festivities with this Merry Citrus Cocktail featuring a delicious twist of our Spiced Rum. Sip on the vibrant medley of citrusy delights and warming spices, making every moment merry and bright!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Spiced Rum
- ¼ oz Orange Syrup
- 5 oz Orange San Pellegrino
- Fresh or Dehydrated Orange Slice
Instructions:
- Add Ice to Glass, followed by Spiced Rum & Orange Syrup
- Top Glass with Orange San Pellegrino
- Garnish with a Fresh or Dehydrated Orange Slice
How to Make Dehydrated Orange Garnishes:
- Preheat Oven to 200° F & Line a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
- Thinly Slice 1 Orange with Knife
- Pat each Slice with Paper Towel to take away moisture
- Bake for 2-4 Hours & Flip every 30 minutes to prevent from burning
How to Make Orange Syrup:
- In a Sauce Pan – add 1 Cup of Orange Juice, 1 Cup of Water, 1 Cup of Sugar & 2-3 Orange Peels
- Bring to Boil – Stir Occasionally
- Remove from heat & let cool to room temperature
- Store in Container in Fridge – up to 2 weeks
