In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships across Nova Scotia. Enhancing Coldstream’s market presence, and ensuring our products are prominently placed in key retail and on-premises accounts.
Sales Oversight: Skillfully manage the full sales cycle, keeping detailed records in our CRM, and following up to keep the Coldstream momentum going.
Proactive Approach: With clear goals and a self-directed attitude, you’re ready to take on the market with vigor and enthusiasm.
Opportunity Identification: Spot new opportunities and craft strategies to boost brand awareness and increase market share.
Negotiation and Placement: Secure optimal shelf placements and manage inventory levels, ensuring Coldstream products are prominently featured.
Retail and Merchandising Expertise: Leverage your understanding of retail dynamics to conduct engaging product sessions and effective merchandising, where possible.
Event Engagement: Be an active participant in various industry events and trade shows, embodying the Coldstream ethos and values.

Flexibility in Scheduling: Primarily weekdays, with occasional evening and weekend work, including travel within your territory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, with outstanding presentation and sales planning skills.
Based ideally in Cape Breton
A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Experience in the beverage alcohol industry is considered a strong asset.
